Q: How long does it take to get a pair of shoes refinished?
A: Usually our turn around time is 48 business hours.
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: We prefer FedEx ground or USPS.
Q: Can I get a pair shipped quicker?
A: Of course, we can certainly overnight to anywhere in the world for the exact price of shipping.
Q: Is the paint an exact match?
A: We have developed this paint to match 99.99%. With any paint application it is very unlikely to be 100% We feel it is spot on!
Q: Is the surface smooth/glossy?
A: The sole is not glossy like factory when completed. It's actually slight coarse for 2 reasons. First is that it is nearly impossible to recreate the
factory gloss unless the sole is removed and reconstructed. Second, we feel it is better to have a better grip when walking. Since you are a
CL owner you know first hand that when you initially wear the shoes they are VERY slippery. You will now not have that problem.
Q: How long will the paint last?
A: We have formulated a MORE durable paint. This will NOT last forever, depending on how hard you walk on the ball of your feet will
determine how long they will last.
Q: Can I buy the paint directly from you?
A: Not yet, we are working on offering a 'Do it yourself' (DIY) kit.
